Geotechnical engineers play a significant role in helping communities and businesses to create sustainable infrastructure solutions from the ground up. Geotechnical engineers study the engineering behavior of earth materials as it relates to the design and construction of infrastructure society uses every day. Some of this infrastructure includes buildings, dams, levees, and retaining structures, just to name a few. If you’d like to learn more about this exciting field and help to find solutions to solve our society’s greatest challenges, please consider joining for this educational event!
